Opportunity
We are in the market for a productive, positive, boots on the ground Construction Superintendent. Our Construction Superintendents oversee our employees and subcontractors, their safety, production standards, and time keeping. As the onsite supervisor, you will provide quality control, issue purchase orders, and control the day-to-day budget of the project. While you may not be updating the project schedule electronically, you will communicate schedule information to our Production Superintendent and be presenting those schedule updates in OAC meetings.

You will participate in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee their organization.
Candidates should be forward-thinking, creative, organized, and self-directed. We are seeking a proven leader with prior experience in large-scale reconstruction, managing employees, interacting with ownership groups, engineers, and other project stakeholders while working in a team environment and completing the project on time.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4 years managing projects and at least a decade in the industry. A degree or certificate in Construction Management or related field is preferred. Candidates must have a complete understanding of reconstruction procedures including general shell, RWB, interior and exterior finishes and the ability to thoroughly understand architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
