As a central member of our accounting department, you’ll help drive our daily financial operations, bringing accuracy and efficiency to our growing business.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the full cycle of vendor invoicing, purchase order processing, and payment execution while ensuring accurate customer invoicing and timely payment reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting & Close Support: Partner with the Controller to facilitate accurate month-end closings,and comprehensive account reconciliations.
- Record Integrity: Maintain precise accounting records and documentation, ensuring all financial activities are audit-ready and fully substantiated.
- Operational Support: Oversee daily expense tracking, credit card reconciliations, and payroll support, ensuring accuracy across all internal spending.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for department managers to investigate and resolve billing inquiries or discrepancies efficiently.
- Audit Readiness: Provide ongoing reporting support and assist in the preparation for annual financial audits and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience. Previous exposure to manufacturing environments or multi-entity structures is highly valued.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles and general ledger accounting.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Advanced command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential for reporting.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organizational discipline.
- Communication & Adaptability: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across departments.
