What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Educate clients on coverage options (auto, home, life, business)
- Present quotes, close deals, and manage customer accounts
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
- Work toward individual and team sales targets

Requirements
- No prior insurance experience required (training provided)
- Sales experience preferred (not required for motivated candidates)
- Must obtain Property & Casualty license (paid for by District 22)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
