Assistant Project Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our construction operations team with project coordination, documentation, vendor communication, and daily administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and able to take initiative without constant direction. We can teach the technical side of the position. More importantly, we are looking for someone dependable who gets things done and can solve problems independently.
Responsibilities:
- Process submittals, permits, and project paperwork
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Obtain insurance certificates and required documentation
- Track project schedules, materials, and outstanding items
- Assist with project communication and organization
- Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks
- Help ensure projects stay organized and moving efficiently
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in construction administration or project coordination preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
