We’re looking for reliable, energetic people to join our team as Part-Time Shift Leads and Part-Time Managers.
Compensation
- Starting at $13.00/hour + tips
Requirements
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Available for part-time shifts (evenings, weekends, and some daytime hours preferred)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience is a plus but not required for Shift Lead roles (we will train the right people)
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service
- Help open/close the shop and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Handle cash, orders, and guest interactions
- Train and motivate team members
- Support inventory, restocking, and daily operations
- Step up as a leader to keep things running smoothly
