MTG Services has been retained to locate an experienced Senior Analyst for one of its mortgage clients. To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Five years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage origination
- Three years supporting analysis, reporting, and management for a mortgage call center
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Desire to work for a great company that truly appreciates their employees
Specific tasks and responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain staffing models to determine required headcount based on forecasted call volumes, workload demand, target performance metrics, and other productivity assumptions
- Analyze current and projected staffing needs across all mortgage call center functions
- Develop budgeting tools to be used in ongoing call center management
- Identify cost savings opportunities
- Support business cases and ROI analyses for new technology, automation, staffing initiatives, outsourcing, and other strategic investments
