Sales Associates are Responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to every visitor
- Modeling excellence and learning daily
- Handling cash/credit payments
- Performing all other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge includes:
- GED or HS Diploma (2-4 year college degree a plus)
- Ideally with previous retail experience in customer-facing sales settings
- Flexible full-time schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- An interpersonal skill set to bond with co-workers & engage with customers
- A strong work ethic that actively seeks & initiates meaningful changes
- Emergent leadership that motivates & inspires through leading by example
- Superior product and lifestyle knowledge to help identify customer needs
