This Lean Manufacturing Engineer is a key process-improvement leader who is responsible for optimizing manufacturing operations.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (sheet metal fabrication highly preferred)

Demonstrated history of working with lean manufacturing tools and methods
-
Experience supporting production, tooling, or process engineering initiatives

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and lean methodologies

CNC programming knowledge preferred

Experience with Autodesk Inventory (preferred)

Strong analytical skills for evaluating labor, materials, and performance data

Ability to lead cross-functional teams through improvement initiatives
