Role Description
This is a part-time (1-2 days per week) on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist in Greater Philadelphia. The Licensed Massage Therapist will provide various therapeutic and relaxation-focused massage techniques tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include assessing client requirements, offering treatments such as body massage and Shiatsu, assisting clients in managing stress, and maintaining a professional and serene therapy environment to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques, including body massage, lymphatic drainage, TMJ massage and more
- Understanding of stress management practices and ability to offer personalized strategies
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Active licensure as a Licensed Massage Therapist required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused care
- Prior experience working in a professional massage therapy or spa environment is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
