Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our automotive manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading automotive parts into robotic welding machines, performing quality inspections, and working closely with team members to ensure production goals are met. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic.
Duties
- Load automotive components into robotic welding cells for production.
- Unload finished welded parts and prepare them for the next stage of manufacturing.
- Perform visual and quality inspections to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
- Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or equipment issues.
- Maintain production standards while meeting daily and hourly production goals.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Use hand tools, gauges, and measuring devices as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or automotive experience preferred.
- Experience working around robotic welding equipment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
