Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinary Client Service Representative at Sandy Paws Animal Hospital, located in Wilmington, NC. The role involves greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, refilling medications, managing phone calls and emails, processing payments, and maintaining client records. The Client Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact to ensure clients receive outstanding service and support during their visit.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services/Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive experiences for clients and their pets
- Effective Communication skills to professionally interact with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge or experience in finance, including payment processing and record-keeping
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care environment is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and records management
