We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend products.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure an appealing store layout.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism.
Requirements
- Wine knowledge (a must.)
- Service industry experience.
- Previous experience in retail.
- Experience with square POS is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A keen interest in wine
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
