We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to our clients in care facilities. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including toileting, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Monitor and document patient observations, including changes in health or behavior.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Implement memory care strategies for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
- Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care, home health, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques and memory care practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and patient observation skills is beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- A compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills is essential for this role.
