This is a full-time permanent position offering comprehensive employee benefits. It is a 100% on-site role, and we do not provide remote or hybrid work options.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and support servers(Windows and Linux), network infrastructure, and related IT systems.
- Monitor system and network performance, security, and availability to ensure reliable business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, hardware, software, and user support issues.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN connectivity.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Support system upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Maintain IT documentation and provide technical support to internal users.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience administering Windows and Linux Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking.
- Experience with network equipment, firewalls, security best practices, and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery processes, virtualization technologies, and cloud services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with users at all levels.
- Experience with VMware/Hyper-V, PowerShell, or other automation tools is a plus.
