Transaction Coordinator
We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not someone looking for repetitive office work with no growth.
We are actively rebuilding and modernizing outdated workflows using AI tools, automation, bots, and smarter systems and are looking for someone excited to grow with that transition long term.
This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up, master the workflow, and eventually help improve, automate, and modernize how the entire process operates.
The reality of this position is simple:
Before you can improve a process, you have to fully understand it first.
That means the right person must be willing to learn the day-to-day workflow, understand how transactions move from beginning to end, learn where problems happen, and gain hands-on experience with the current system before helping build a better one.
Over time, the role will expand into helping:
- Identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks
- Improve workflows and efficiency
- Implement AI tools, automation, and bots
- Reduce unnecessary manual work
- Help build smarter long-term systems
- Support modernization of the business as technology evolves
We are not looking for someone who simply completes tasks all day without thinking critically. We are looking for someone who wants ownership, growth, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape how the business operates long term.
The right candidate:
- Learns quickly and adapts well
- Thinks critically instead of only following instructions
- Is naturally curious about technology, AI, automation, and smarter systems
- Wants to understand the “why” behind processes
- Can keep multiple moving parts organized without losing attention to detail
- Takes initiative and follows through consistently
- Communicates professionally and confidently
- Wants a real career path with increasing responsibility over time
- Understands that learning the boring parts of the workflow is what creates the ability to improve and automate them later
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating transactions and workflow from beginning to completion
- Keeping files and processes moving efficiently
- Managing communication and follow-ups
- Reviewing information and documents for accuracy
- Learning current systems, workflows, and operational structure
- Helping identify repetitive or inefficient manual processes
- Assisting with implementation of AI tools, automation systems, bots, and workflow improvements over time
- Supporting long-term modernization and scaling of company systems
Requirements:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong accuracy
- Interest in AI, automation, workflow systems, or technology is strongly preferred
Previous experience is helpful but not required for the right person. We are willing to train someone with the right mindset, work ethic, and long-term growth mentality.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
