Job Overview
Emerald’s Product Information and Project Coordinator supports the product development and commercialization process by ensuring accurate product data, coordinating samples, organizing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market efficiently. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills to maintain product information integrity and support sales and product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain SKUs, ensuring product information is accurate and complete.
- Develop and update product presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate sample requests, track sample inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
- Organize and maintain fabric libraries, fabric swatches, and the fabric swatch wall.
- Create and manage Sample Purchase Orders (POs).
- Develop, maintain, and accurately input product cost grids.
- Maintain product data integrity across internal systems and databases.
- Manage and update the Sales App with current product information, images, and documentation.
- Review assembly instructions for accuracy and completeness prior to product launch.
- Provide ongoing support to the Sales team by preparing product information, documentation, and presentations.
- Partner closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Design, Merchandising, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Quality teams to ensure seamless product launches.
- Track project timelines, monitor milestones, and communicate status updates to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and data accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with ERP, PLM, or product management systems is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
