Front Desk Sales Associate (Wellness + Sales Focus)

At Revival IV Lounge, we’re not just checking people in—we’re helping clients feel their absolute best. And we’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Front Desk Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Create an exceptional first impression—every client, every time
- Educate clients on our services and confidently recommend the right IVs, injections, and memberships
- Drive daily sales goals, including memberships, packages, and add-ons
- Manage bookings, client profiles, and checkouts with attention to detail
- Keep the lounge environment clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work closely with nurses to ensure a smooth, elevated client experience
Who You Are
- Outgoing, energetic, and naturally engaging
- Sales-minded—you enjoy recommending, upselling, and closing
- Goal-oriented—you get excited about hitting (and exceeding) targets
- Strong communicator with a confident and friendly presence
- Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or wellness preferred
