Narrow Security is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily security operations at various client sites. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient functioning of security personnel and systems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of security officers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the performance of security personnel and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with appropriate authorities and documenting all relevant information.
- Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches, accidents, or other incidents, and provide detailed reports to management.
- Work with Operations Managers to coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage relationships with Security Personnel
- Responsible for visiting assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, and make post inspections to ensure professional image (including the hygiene and uniform appropriateness of officers) and quality standards are being maintained
- Post inspections also include checking that Post Order manual and all other post and training information is being properly maintained and updated, and that the Post is being properly maintained, cleaned and organized
- Respond to call-offs that occur during your shift, which may include identifying other individuals to fill-in and/or standing post until such replacements arrive.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of professional-level experience required
- Must have a valid driver's License and a clean driving record
- Must have a valid New York State Security Guard License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
- Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
- Excellent observational Skills
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required
