Work From Home Telesales Agent (Health Insurance)
Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License Required

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
We're seeking motivated, sales-driven Licensed Telesales Agents to help customers select and enroll in the right health insurance plans. This role primarily handles inbound calls, with outbound follow-up calls to close sales and support marketing campaigns.
Schedule:
Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET (must be available during these hours).
Weekly rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Shifts are assigned and cannot be selected.
Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET.
No time off is permitted during training or the Annual Open Enrollment (OEP) season.
