Schelp Construction is a very well established custom framing contractor providing top tier quality carpentry to the Kansas City area. At Schelp Construction, we specialize in new home construction, high end residential room additions, whole home renovations, outdoor structures including decks, pool houses, pergola's, screen porches, and much, much more. We have the opportunity to work on the highest quality projects, designed by the highest quality professionals, using new and innovative products, with old school standards.
We are currently seeking an experienced individual with hands on knowledge in the residential framing industry to help expand our established crews. A qualified canidate must have the experience needed to perform all framing tasks of a seasoned carpenter, with leadership skills capable of running a small crew and overseeing projects without direct supervision. Canidates would receive on the job training, demonstrating the expectations of our high quality performance, and the ability to communicate well with our very well respected General Contractors and clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction teams on-site, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
- Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Supervise construction site activities, enforce OSHA safety standards, federal construction safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
