We are seeking a Medical Receptionist (Patient Service Representative) for our Canton location. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answering multi-line phones
- Patient registration
- Insurance verification
- Obtaining authorizations
- Appointment scheduling
- Charge entry and payment posting
Qualifications and skills required for this position:
- Experience working in a medical office setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize “on the fly”
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Will travel to outlying offices (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (need to be available during these hours)
