We start with having a schedule from 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri and 9am-5pm on Saturdays. Closed Sundays. Our sales staff also get one day during the week as well. Another difference here is we keep a small sales staff so everyone receives an abundant amount of leads and is able to sell 15 to over 20 vehicles per month with a very lucrative pay plan!! At Otto's Auto World we want you to have the ability to promote yourselves and the dealership by using social media and other platforms as well. As a experienced Pre-Owned Internet Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles to our valued customers. Working directly with the Used Car Manager, you will use your extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and your excellent internet sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets. Your requirements for this position are to be familiar with CRM usage, ability to promote yourself on social media and other platforms with videos and pictures. Provide an outstanding customer experience both in-person and communicating on the internet , build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. Our hours are Mon-Fri.(9am-6pm) Sat. (9am-5pm) Sun. (Closed). Employees also get 1 additional day off during the week for a total of 2 days per week. Average internet leads per sales associate is 85-125/per month. Sales staff are also permitted to promote themselves and inventory on social media and other platforms as well.
