HandiSOLUTIONS is an American manufacturer that offers cutting-edge storage solutions. Our core product is HandiWALL, a premium PVC slatwall systems designed for garage, commercial, and industrial storage applications. Our products carry an ASTM E84 Grade A fire rating, making them one of the few American-made slatwall solutions approved for commercial, healthcare, and institutional environments. We sell nationally through a distributor network and are actively expanding into new commercial verticals.
Role Summary
We are looking for a driven, creative, and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our distributor network and build the HandiSOLUTIONS brand. This is a hybrid role that you will be equally responsible for generating new business opportunities and executing marketing and content initiatives. If you are someone who can write a compelling cold email in the morning and shoot a product video in the afternoon, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development
Build and manage a prospect list of potential distributors across target verticals including commercial retail, garage/home improvement, healthcare, and foodservice
Execute outbound email campaigns to cold prospects using modern sales sequencing tools
Cold call prospects, Follow up on leads, conduct discovery calls, and set appointments for the Sales Director.
Support onboarding of new distributor accounts with collateral, product training, and follow-through
Track outreach activity and pipeline status in CRM
Marketing & Content
Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Write product sell sheets, email templates, and campaign copy
Assist with trade show and event materials
Maintain and update the HandiSOLUTIONS website with current product info, case studies, and news
Support development of a distributor-facing marketing kit (co-op materials, branded assets, product photography)
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in a B2B sales, marketing, or business development role
Strong written communication skills — you can craft a cold email that gets opened
Experience with email outreach platforms (Instantly, Mailchimp, or similar platform)
Comfortable creating content in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
Self-starter who can manage their own workload without being micromanaged
Experience in building materials or manufacturing is preferred.
Familiarity with basic SEO and website CMS platforms (Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
