We are seeking a driven and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to lead our wholesale and retail partnership efforts. This role focuses on business-to-business (B2B) outreach — building relationships with retailers, securing new stockists, managing follow-ups, and overseeing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility within the industry. Commission is provided.
This is not a customer-facing retail position — it is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced, high-potential environment. Fluency in both Korean and English is required for this role, as the position involves managing partnerships and communications across international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential retail partners, including boutiques, department stores, luxury cruise lines, and online platforms.
- Initiate and manage outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce the brand and present product offerings.
- Develop and send brand decks, line sheets, product catalogs, and pricing proposals tailored to each retailer.
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain organized communication records.
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with buyers and decision-makers.
- Coordinate B2B marketing campaigns (e.g., wholesale mailers, PR placements, outreach during trade shows).
- Assist in onboarding new retail partners and provide support throughout the partnership process.
- Maintain and update the internal B2B tracker to monitor progress, conversions, and follow-up needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all B2B materials.
- Earn commission on every B2B deal closed, in addition to base compensation.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management (luxury or fashion industry preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident on the phone and over email.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital marketing strategies.
- Passion for fine jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet goals consistently.
- Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
Compensation:
- Base hourly or salary (depending on experience)
- Commission on all B2B partnerships secured
