About the Role
As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll serve as the first impression of Infinity. You'll help
guide families through their journey, coordinate appointments, communicate with patients, and
ensure each day runs smoothly for both our families and our providers.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, compassionate, and thrives in a
fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Answer incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Schedule evaluations, intensive programs, follow-up appointments, and provider visits.
- Coordinate patient communication by phone, email, text, and other communication
platforms.
- Follow up with prospective patients and previous inquiries to ensure no family is
overlooked.
- Assist with patient recalls, rebooking opportunities, and scheduling optimization.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Support providers and teammates to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Keep the front office organized, efficient, and welcoming.
- Take initiative by identifying opportunities to improve processes and patient care.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Previous scheduling or front office experience.
- Experience with electronic medical records or scheduling software is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
