Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing per ASME Y14.5 standards.
- Proficient in reading 3D models, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams to develop complete inspection plans.
- Skilled in writing CMM measurement programs and comparing data using PolyWorks Inspector.
- Experienced in translating drawing callouts and CAD geometry into thorough first-article and production inspection plans.
- Practical experience operating rheometers using standard material-testing programs.
