You'll work on matters including:
- Workers' Compensation Defense
- Employer & Carrier Representation
- Compensability Disputes
- Hearings before the North Carolina Industrial Commission
- Claims Management & Litigation Strategy
- Settlement Negotiations & Mediation
- Advising employers, insurers, and self-insured businesses on complex workers' compensation matters
What they're looking for:
- Active North Carolina Bar admission
- 2–10+ years of Workers' Compensation or civil litigation experience
- Experience representing employers, carriers, or self-insured entities is preferred
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills
- Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team
