We are seeking a Dispatcher / Logistics Analyst to coordinate daily transportation operations and support logistics analysis for a fast-paced produce warehouse. This position is responsible for scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, and analyzing logistics performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries.

Dispatch and monitor drivers and carriers.

Track shipments and resolve transportation issues.

Schedule appointments for loading and unloading.

Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and warehouse staff.

Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, PODs, etc.).

Monitor delivery performance and on-time metrics.

Analyze transportation costs and logistics KPIs.

Generate operational and performance reports.

Identify opportunities to improve routes, service levels, and cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and food safety requirements.
Qualifications
-
Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, or produce operations preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
