About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom hats and apparel. This role requires precision, creativity, and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction and meet production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Familiar with Ricoma Embroidery Machines.
Operate and maintain commercial embroidery machines (single-head and/or multi-head).
- Read and interpret designs files, job orders, and customer speculations.
- Hoop, thread and prepare garments, hats, and other materials for embroidery.
- Monitor production runs to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs or adjustment.
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management of threads, needles, stabilizers, and other embroidery supples.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly proaction goal.
Qualifications
- Previous embrodiery or sewing experience preferred
- Familiarity with embroidery machines.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge for operating embroidery software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.
