Qualifications
- Sales background preferred- outside and retail sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Insurance licensing preferred (P&C, Life), but not required.
Responsibilities
- Sell and service personal and commercial insurance products
- Quote, present, and close new business
- Identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions
- Cross-sell and round accounts (Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, Business, Farm/Ranch)
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet activity and sales goals while providing great customer experience
