What you’ll do
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to our high standards of quality and safety.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha and Micros, efficiently for smooth transactions.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for all guests.
Basic qualifications
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants is a plus.
- Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
