Pay Rate: $54.00–$56.00 per hour
Contract: Long-Term Full-Time Contract
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:30 PM – 7:30 AM) or Days (6:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
✔ Active Tennessee RN License or Compact (NLC) RN License
✔ Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience OR Nursing Degree from an accredited institution
✔ Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
✔ Strong patient assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
✔ Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
✔ Valid Driver's License (if required by the facility)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document all treatments accurately.
- Assess patient conditions, identify changes, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Support patient safety initiatives and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

- 12-Hour Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- Day Shift Available: 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM
3-3 Rotating Schedule

Workweek runs Sunday through Saturday.
