Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct health assessments and develop care plans for patients of all ages, including toddlers
- Pre operative setting / Post operative setting/Intra Operative setting
- Assist with aliment and personal care activities, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an ambulatory surgery center setting
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of [2] years of nursing experience, preferably in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in specimen collection and processing techniques
- Experience in health coaching and patient education is a plus
