We are seeking a qualified Director of Nursing/Registered Nurse (DON/RN) to oversee the clinical operations of our newly renovated skilled nursing community. He/she will onboard and train newly hired staff, coordinate schedules for all care staff/L1MAs, oversee day to day regulatory compliance and ensure the residents are provided excellent, individualized care based on their needs and preferences.
We are looking for a friendly, compassionate Registered Nurse with exceptional leadership and clinical skills, and acute and/or or sub-acute care experience. Must be well-versed in survey compliance and regulatory issues.
