Job Summary
We are hiring FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our growing team! Drivers will safely operate company delivery vehicles and deliver packages efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
✅ No DOT? No problem — we help you get DOT certified to drive our trucks.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Deliver FedEx Ground packages to residential and/or business customers
- Operate a delivery truck/van safely and professionally
- Load/unload packages and organize stops for efficiency
- Use a handheld device to scan and track deliveries
- Follow all safety guidelines and FedEx delivery standards
- Communicate with dispatch as needed

✅ Driver Requirements
- Must be 18+ (or 21+ if required for the vehicle type)
- Valid driver’s license (must be clean & active)
- Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Must pass background check (FedEx requirement)
✅ DOT Help Available: If assigned to a DOT truck route, we will help you obtain your DOT Medical Card.
⭐ Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior delivery driving experience (Amazon DSP, FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL)
- Step van / box truck experience
- Route driving / warehouse experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $1,300.00 per week
