Position Overview
The Member Services Representative’s highest priority is to serve members promptly in a professional and courteous manner, helping members process and complete various types of financial transactions. The Member Services Representative also shares information about other products/services we offer. ASECU is hiring one FT float for Trumbull County. Offices include Boardman, Austintown, Lordstown, and Newton Falls.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
¨ Accepting share deposits and loan payments.
¨ Disbursing share withdrawals and cash advances on Visa Credit Cards.
¨ Accepting/Disbursing share certificate deposits and withdrawals.
¨ Learning credit union services and cross selling to members.
¨ Counting and balancing assigned cash drawer to computer totals.
¨ Selling official cashier checks
¨ Cashing/Accepting Select type U.S. Savings Bonds
¨ Answering telephone inquiries and routing calls.
¨ Processing financial transactions in a courteous and efficient manner.

Job Requirements
· Cash Handling Experience
· Customer Service Experience
Preferred Qualifications
· At least 1 year of Teller experience.

Pay: $17.60 - $19.09 per hour
