Lead and supervise structural fabrication operations, managing a team of 20+ employees in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for production planning, workflow coordination, quality, safety, and meeting deadlines. Must have strong knowledge of fabrication materials, welding processes, shop operations, and computer literacy. Experience using ERP/CRM systems such as Dynamics CRM Field Service WO is preferred.
