Duties

- Lead, motivate, and supervise regional teams, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and development initiatives.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding regional market presence.
- Manage profit and loss statements for the region, analyzing financial data to optimize revenue streams and control costs effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiencies, and service delivery enhancements.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Proven management experience with a track record of supervising teams and managing multiple locations or regions.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop actionable plans that support business growth objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Dental offices
- Background in business development, sales, or client relationship management to foster regional expansion opportunities.
