We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with an interest in health sciences, exercise science, and healthcare technology to join our growing team.
This role is primarily clinical and tech-focused, working directly with advanced diagnostic scans and laser therapies that support nervous system and whole-body health. Comprehensive in-office training is provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow in a hands-on healthcare environment.
Primary Responsibilities (Health & Tech Focus):
- Perform and manage all InSight Scans, laser therapies, and related wellness technologies.
- Accurately collect and document scan results to patient accounts and portals.
- Operate advanced wellness equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Support patient outcomes by ensuring consistency, safety, and excellence in all clinical procedures.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and care advocates to deliver an exceptional care experience.
Secondary Responsibilities (Front Desk & Office Support):
- Assist with patient check-ins, scheduling, and care coordination as needed.
- Answer phones and provide warm, professional communication with patients.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Ideal Skill Set:
- Strong interest or background in health sciences, exercise science, kinesiology, or healthcare technology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism and HIPAA compliance.
- Enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced wellness setting.
- College degree required.

Weekly Schedule (40 hours):
- Monday: 8:30am–12:30pm / 1:30pm–7:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am–12:30pm / 1:30pm–5:30pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am–12:30pm / 1:30pm–7:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am–12:30pm / 1:30pm–7:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am–1:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,360.00 - $40,040.00 per year
