Qualifications:

2+ years of production or industrial experience.

Experience with operating forklifts and industrial equipment is a plus.

Ability to work in an environment subject to seasonal temperature variations.
Primary Responsibilities:

Delivering molten aluminum
-
Operating furnaces and the ingot casting line.
-
Furnace sampling, tapping and charging
-
Handling molten aluminum, dross, and ladles.
-
Ladle sampling and operating spectrometers
Schedule:
-
Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am).

Work Week: Alternating schedule of 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next.

Overtime: Opportunities are available.

Pay Rate: Starts at $22.50/hr, with top out at $33.85/hr reached through incremental raises.

$1.00/hr heat differential in the summer.
