HighRange Collective is expanding and hiring full-time entry level Sales Representatives in Plano and the surrounding DFW area. No prior experience required — we provide structured, paid training from day one.
This is an in-person, full-time role representing nationally recognized brands in technology, telecommunications, and energy. If you're reliable, outgoing, competitive, and want a real path to advancement, this is a place to build a career — not just take a job.
Compensation
- Guaranteed weekly base pay, paid weekly (600-1000)
- Uncapped performance commission on top of your base

What you'll do
- Engage customers in person, face-to-face
- Represent and sell products and services for major national brands
- Help customers with enrollment and account setup
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Take part in daily team training and coaching

What we're looking for
- Full-time availability, in person (this is not a remote role)
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the DFW area daily
- Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude
- Authorized to work in the United States

Previous experience in any of these roles may make you a good fit: Retail Associate, Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative, Brand Ambassador, Marketing Associate, Sales Representative, Account Executive, Business Development Representative, Territory Sales Representative, Store Associate, Hospitality Associate, Server, Bartender, Call Center Representative, Lead Generator, Canvasser, or Entry-Level Sales Representative. Retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, military, marketing, business, or communications backgrounds are a plus but not required.
