What You’ll Do
- Build Client Relationships – Serve as the primary banking partner for small to mid-sized businesses by understanding their goals and delivering customized financial solutions
- Grow Your Portfolio – Generate new business through networking, referrals, and active community involvement
- Structure Lending Solutions – Analyze financials, assess credit risk, and design loan solutions that support client success
- Deliver Full-Service Banking – Recommend deposit and treasury management solutions that improve client efficiency and cash flow
- Ensure Compliance – Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and sound risk practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, or relationship management
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting, and treasury management
- Established network and understanding of the local business market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for growth and results
