What You'll Be Doing:
- Work with the physician for medication needs and changes to the plan of care.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and applications to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
- Manage other disciplines such LPNs, aides, therapy staff to give the best care needed for each patient.
- Ability to complete OASIS, recert, d/c, ROCs documentations within an EMR system.
- Help decrease the need for re-hospitalization by being actively involved in the patient's plan of care to assess any changes that may be needed.
- Attend orientation, meetings, and CEUs.
What We're Looking For:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in OH, in good standing
- Reliable auto and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR.
- RNs Solid understanding of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines as it applies to Home Health
