Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Scottdale, PA, starting at 3 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the practice continues to grow.
As a Physical Therapist at East Suburban Sports Medicine Center, you will play a vital role in helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through evidence-based treatment, personalized care plans, and hands-on therapeutic interventions. You'll work alongside a collaborative team that is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans

Perform manual therapy techniques and teach therapeutic exercises

Monitor and document patient progress using electronic health records

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy techniques and best practices

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Adapt treatment approaches based on patient progress and needs

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program

Current Pennsylvania state Physical Therapy license or license eligible

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic modalities

Excellent manual therapy and hands-on treatment skills

Proven experience in patient assessment and treatment planning

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in electronic health records systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt treatment plans

Experience with sports rehabilitation (preferred)
