About the Role
Are you passionate about making dentistry fun and fearless for kids? Our dynamic pediatric dental team is looking for a caring, reliable Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). If you love working with children, value teamwork, and want to help patients build healthy habits from an early age, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams.
- Build rapport with young patients and parents to create a positive, stress-free experience.
- Take and develop high-quality dental X-rays.
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain treatment rooms and instruments.
- Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records according to HIPAA guidelines.
- For RDAs: Perform sealants and coronal polishing.
What We Need From You (Requirements)
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program (DA) OR a valid state RDA license.
- Active X-ray certificate.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working with pediatric patients (Highly preferred).
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and friendly attitude

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
