Job Title: RN - Neonatal ICU
Shifts Available: 7am - 7pm/7pm to 7am (3*12 hr Nights)
Guaranteed Hours: 36hr/week
Duration: 13+ Weeks

Required Skills & Experience:
- Two (2) years of Maternal and child experience.
- Two (2) years of IV Insertion and Phlebotomy & experience.
- Two (2) years of Conscious Sedation experience.
- NJ State RN License
- BLS Certified
- NRP Certified
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, family-centered nursing care to critically ill neonates, including continuous assessment, monitoring, and timely interventions to ensure patient stability.
- Administer medications, IV infusions, ventilator support, and tube feedings while adhering strictly to clinical protocols and infection control standards.
- Operate and manage advanced NICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitoring systems to support optimal neonatal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform diagnostic support procedures, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and educate families on care plans and discharge needs.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
