Skills/Qualifications:
- Current and active Medical Assistant (MA) Certification
- Real-world, patient clinical experience
- Must have a sincere desire to help people
- Goal-Orientated
- Detailed
- A coachable attitude is far more important to us than having any previous experience. We will spend time training skills, we will not spend time training attitude.
- Have great attitude and a desire to learn
Job Duties:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Assess and record patient vitals
- Update and manage clinic medical records
- Update and manage patient medical records
- Full electronic health record (EHR) management
- Perform administrative duties such as organization of documents, spreadsheets and instruments.
- Updating medication lists
- Updating treatment plans as per physician changes and recommendations.
- Listen and evaluate patients on how to best help them
- Maintain a clean and sterile space both in treatment/therapy rooms and general office.
- Facilitating patient modalities and therapies in-office.
