What You’ll do
Imagine yourself as the voice and heart of CINCO. Your day will involve:
- Being a policy pro: Guide customers through their insurance policy details and answer their burning questions. If you need backup, you’ll hand them off to the right department
- Money moves: Take payments, process them according to U.S. state rules and keep those customer profiles squeaky clean and up to date
- Policy ninjutsu: Help customers make changes to their coverage, request documentation and explain premium changes
- Rescue missions: Reinstate cancelled policies and, when needed, send folks to the sales team for new quotes
- Customer‑experience champion: Make every interaction feel like you’re their favourite contact; log your work like a pro and crush your KPIs.
- Rule follower (in the best way): Keep data safe and respect our right‑to‑disconnect policy—when your shift ends, you’re done!

What we need from you
- Education: High‑school diploma or equivalent (call‑centre certification is a plus)
- Experience: At least six months of customer service or call‑centre work. Insurance or finance experience? Even better.
- Language: You speak and write English and Spanish flawlessly. U.S. customers will love you.
- Skills: Attention to detail, stellar communication, basic computer skills and a team‑player attitude
- Setup: Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, distraction‑free space at home. You’ll work full‑time on U.S. Central Time (evenings and weekends are necessary).
