Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our residential and business customers, providing exceptional customer service, technical support, billing assistance, scheduling, and sales support. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with billing, account, and service inquiries.
- Troubleshoot basic internet and equipment issues and escalate when needed.
- Process customer payments and assist with billing questions.
- Schedule installations, repairs, and service appointments while coordinating with field technicians.
- Make outbound follow-up calls regarding appointments, customer satisfaction, payments, and service updates.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records in SONAR.
- Assist with new service inquiries, quotes, and service package recommendations.
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service on every interaction.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Previous customer service, call center, or telecommunications experience preferred
Preferred Software Experience
Experience with CRM and communication platforms such as SONAR, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, 3CX, or similar systems is a plus.
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
