Scope of Work:
- Hardware replacement of Cisco 6840-X switch with Cisco 9500 series
- Decommission existing switch and install the new device
- Cable identification, labeling, and reconnection
- Ensure proper power-up and provide console access if needed
- Coordinate with remote network team during the activity
Requirements:
- CCNA-certified resource (preferred), or strong L1 network technician for hands-and-eyes support
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, particularly with Cisco switches
Engagement Details:
- One-time activity (not ongoing)
- Planned over a weekend change window
